Pizza delivery people continue feeding the masses

We've all been there. It's 9:30 p.m., and pangs of hunger pulse through your veins. It's time for a study break, or a Sega break as the case may be, and Marty's seems so far away. Times like these, college kids across America resort to one source of nourishment- pizza delivery.

Regardless of which franchise you choose, or what toppings you crave, your pizza will be delivered (hopefully to your door.still hot) by one of the few, the proud, the Pizza Delivery People. Without these heroes, college sub-culture would be forever changed.

In our midst is veteran PDP Jason Salaz. Salaz began delivering for Godfather's eight years ago, and worked through the franchise change which converted Godfather's into the present day Pizza Ranch. Over the years Salaz has been the salvation for many famished Lutherites, but are we grateful?

Contrary to general civilian belief, the job of the PDP is anything but easy. There are prank calls to be thwarted, obscure addresses to discover, and automobiles to keep in good working condition.

Delivering to campus poses other obstacles to overcome. Too many times people aren't where they say they are, or they are talking with their mom when the PDP is attempting to get into the building after lock-down.
